Returns

    Custom Ordered Instruments. -  If you as the original owner are not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 3 days from the date of delivery of the instrument for a full refund, excluding the $1000 non-refundable deposit and any shipping cost incurred. Depending on the return situation and condition of product, at Altman Guitars discretion, returns may be subject to a maximum 10% return handling charge.

     The instrument must be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery of the instrument and meet the criteria specified below:

The Instrument must be in brand new, original condition and show no signs of wear or use including, but not limited to, pick scratches, belt-buckle scratches, scuffs, dings or scrapes on the instrument or case, or your return may be subject to a return handling charge of a minimum of 5%.
